What time is check-in? 
Check in is from 3pm on the day of your arrival.
Can I organise an early check-in?
Your room is guaranteed for arrival from 3pm. An earlier check-in time may be arranged if available €20. Contact info@marlin.com for more information.
What time is check-out?
Check out is at 11am
Can I organise a late check-out?
Yes, you can enjoy a late check out for €30. Please visit our team at reception or contact info@marlin.com.
Do you have contact-free check in?
Yes. When staying with us you have the option of checking in at one of our kiosks, located by reception.
Can you store my bags, before I check-in, or after I check-out?
Yes of course, our luggage room on the ground is available to all guests. You can also leave luggage here during your stay if you would like to free up extra space in your room.
Do you offer accessible rooms?
Yes, please let us know when you book that you require a Universal Access Room. For more details click here.
Is it possible to upgrade my room?
Yes, depending on availability we can offer you an upgrade to a Superior, Executive or a Suite. Please contact info@marlin.com for more information. Please see all room types here.
Are there ironing facilities?
Yes, there are special ironing rooms on each floor, so you will always look sharp! Plus, all suites have ironing facilities.
Can I arrange for gifts to be placed in the room?
Yes. Please contact info@marlin.com and our team can offer you a menu of sweet treats and a wine list to choose from.
What food do you offer?
Join us on the Ground floor for two stylish dining options. The Bar offers relaxed dining and delicious food 7 days a week, and the Horsebox offers a range of Sweet treats and light snacks
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, free and fast! Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the hotel.
Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, we don’t allow pets. We do allow Guide Dogs only please let us know in advance, and make sure your bring your guide dogs documents when you stay

The cancellation policy applicable to your booking depends on the rate you booked, you will find details on your confirmation email
What makes this a great location?
You’ll discover different sides to Dublin from our doorstep. On one side, enjoy a stroll around St Stephen’s Green and shopping along Grafton Street. To the other side, the bustle of George’s Street, eclectic South William and Aungier Street offer an urban culture with independent coffee shops and culinary experiences.

Where can I park?
Parking is available at Q-Park Stephens Green with entrances on York Street, Mercer Street and Glovers Alley at a reduced rate of €25 for 24 hours. Please visit reception upon departure to validate your ticket.
Is there public transport nearby?
Yes, the Luas Green Line stop at St Stephen’s Green is just three minutes from our front door. All major bus routes stop nearby and City Bikes are also available to rent by the hour.
Is there a taxi rank?
Yes, there is a taxi rank nearby but our team at reception can also order a taxi for you.
Is there good shopping nearby?
Grafton Street, Dublin’s number one retail is street is a moment’s walk from our hotel. You’ll find everything from high-end fashion store and leading high-street brands. Around the corner is George’s Street Arcade, one of Dublin’s oldest indoor markets, with independent sellers offering unique, collectable and vintage items.
Can I smoke in my room?
No. Don’t smoke or vape in your room, it is against the law here and there is a charge.
